Forest Therapy—also known as Shinrin-Yoku or “forest bathing”—is a mindful, nature-based practice that invites you to gently engage with the forest through your senses. It’s not about hiking or exercise—it’s about slowing down and becoming present to the sights, sounds, and scents around you.
